Trade in and Resell

We guarantee that all jewelry products from Passion Jewelry have the highest quality to ensure your total satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it under the following conditions.

Return Policy

1. Jewelry with Diamonds

Exchange*

  • Within less than 1 month, 100% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.
  • After 1 month, 90% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.

Refund**

  • Within less than 1 year, 70% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.
  • After 1 year, 65% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.
  • Refunds can be accepted by customers no earlier than 7 days after the relevant item is received in good condition at Passion Jewelry.

2. Other White Gold

Applies to both exchanges and refunds, the value of the item is calculated based on the weight of the item multiplied by the gold purchase price at Passion Jewelry at the time of exchange/return.

3. Italian White Gold

Exchange*

  • 80% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.

Refund*/**

  • 70% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice plus additional chrome polishing costs.

4. Jewelry with Gemstones Other Than Diamonds

Exchange*

  • 75% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.

Refund*/**

  • 65% of the value will be refunded based on the price stated on the invoice.

5. Jewelry with Special Price/Promo

Purchases made using specific vouchers and promotions or at special prices cannot be resold.

 

Important to know:

Exchange and refunds do not apply to pearl jewelry.

*For the second and subsequent exchanges, the value of the new item must exceed at least 30% of the item being exchanged.

**For payments made using credit cards during the purchase transaction, a 3% credit card service fee will be refunded to Passion Jewelry, as stated on the invoice for the item.

***For payments made using 0% credit card installments during the purchase transaction, a 5% installment service fee will be refunded to Passion Jewelry, as stated on the invoice for the item.

 

Terms and Conditions of Sales Return

  • The sales return policy only applies to goods sold and/or purchased from Passion Jewelry.
  • The sales return policy only applies if the relevant item is in good condition and the assessment is at the sole discretion of the company.
  • The sales return policy applies on a per-invoice basis.
  • The timeframe for sales returns applies to the invoice for the item.
  • Invoices and certificates related to the item must be returned to Passion Jewelry located at Mall Living World Alam Sutera lt UG 01 Island, Pakulonan Serpong Utara Tangerang Selatan 15325. (Sales returns cannot be made if the invoice and certificate are not returned to Passion Jewelry).
  • For items that cannot be delivered directly to the Passion Jewelry office, you can send them using RPX (www.rpxholding.com). Make sure you have confirmed with Passion Jewelry staff before sending.
  • Passion Jewelry is not responsible for any risks that occur during the shipment of goods.
  • The return and exchange value also depend on the monetary situation at the time of exchange/return, and the final decision lies with Passion Jewelry.
  • The sales return policy does not apply to special order items.
  • For purchases made using installment programs, refunds can only be made once the installment payments are complete.
  • Passion Jewelry reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
